It took me 30 years to get to the career of my dreams and on the road to my dream life the other jobs I held were far from the magic I was seeking!

In order to get through the painstaking work week I used to pre plan "TREAT YO SELF" days in my planner. I'd flip every few pages and write "schedule yourself a nail appt this week !", "you are more than deserving of a massage", "take yourself out to dinner tonight". As the weeks went by these little reminders that I was deserving of a TREAT reminded me to take a step back and appreciate myself and my efforts.
